MANAGEMENT SERVICES EXPLAINED

Interim and Short
Term
Management: |
Providing the transitional or interim management
to address the immediate or transition needs of a facility. |
Long Term Management: |
Ensuring that the necessary resources to manage
a project are available, through skilled, experienced staff
from each of the required disciplines. |
Coordination: |
Organize all healthcare and residential accommodations
and delivery of services for each resident at the appropriate
level of residence or care. |
Financial Management:

safety, and well-being of the facility residents, staff, and
guests. Protection through qualified plant operations and
maintenance personnel. |
Food Service: |
Provide quality dining services and cost controls
through the services of experienced "in-house" dietary
staff. |
Housekeeping Maintenance
Laundry: |
Ensure that each environment is clean, safe,
and sanitary through the provision of effective housekeeping,
maintenance, and laundry services. |
