FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES EXPLAINED

Interim and Short Term Management:
Providing the transitional or interim management to address the immediate or transition needs of a facility.
Long Term Management:
Ensuring that the necessary resources to manage a project are available, through skilled, experienced staff from each of the required disciplines.
Coordination:
Organize all service and residential accommodations and delivery of services for each resident at the appropriate level of residence or care.
Financial Management:
Help insure the financial viability of the facility and its services through:
  • Administering, maintaining, and revising the rate structures;

  • Preparing annual budgets and capital and replacement budgets;
